[True to her word, the elevator leads up to The Overseer's office. It's a large and fairly sparse room, with a big circular desk in the middle and a window overlooking the Atrium. Depending on when you arrive, Ianthe might make you wait anywhere between five minutes to half an hour, and the turrets loom ominously, looking like they'll shoot if you go near the desk without her presence. But she'll arrive to hear your complaints and humor your attempts on her life, in a similar way to how she introduced herself.]

She frowns and taps her skeletal hand again the surface of her desk.]

You know of the audio dramas that are in the common room, right? A movie is similar, but it’s audiovisual instead of only audio. You can see the people acting on the screen along with the setting, so it makes for a more complete storytelling experience.

[ he speaks dully, almost as if giving a report, but there’s an earnest intention to enlighten someone on the wonders of movies.

wait. he pauses. ]

[ sigma has watched countless movies throughout his life as a child soldier and later mercenary, and he could be pressed to say that he enjoys them, but generally doesn't have much of an opinion about them, just like with most other things.

but now, as the immature, half-baked human that he is...

I don't mind if they're not good. I've watched many bad movies before, but they're a way to pass the time. Sometimes even the worst movies can be called entertaining by people. You should watch one.
